Elevate Africa has chosen 23 mid-career professionals for its leadership fellowship. These individuals were selected from over 4,000 applicants across 18 African countries. Elevate Africa Selects 23 Fellows from Diverse Pool
Elevate Africa has announced its 2026 Cohort II of the Elevate Africa Fellowship. This program selected 23 mid-career professionals from 18 African countries. These Fellows will participate in a leadership program. It aims to improve their capacity for sustainable development across Africa.

The organization received over 4,000 applications. Out of these, more than 700 people completed the full application process. This high number of applicants shows a strong need for formal leadership development in Africa. The Fellowship is a 10-month program. It includes training sessions, mentorship, and group activities. It also partners with the African Leadership University.

The selected Fellows work in various important areas. These include education, media, governance, business, climate, and social impact. They come from five different African regions. This mix shows the wide range of talent available across the continent. The program focuses on creating leaders who can bring about real change. It also builds a network for Fellows to share knowledge and support.
