Fan Milk PLC saw strong financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The company's profit after tax reached GHS68.33 million. This marks a 38% rise from the GHS49.46 million recorded in 2024.

Total revenue for 2025 grew by 46%. It reached GHS1.00 billion, up from GHS683.82 million in 2024. Gross profit also increased to GHS364.50 million. This was an increase from GHS248.29 million the prior year.

Operating profit rose to GHS96.12 million from GHS77.64 million. Profit before tax stood at GHS104.26 million. This was an increase from GHS72.92 million.

The company proposes a dividend of GHS0.11 per share. This amounts to GHS12.8 million for the 2025 financial year. This is higher than the GHS0.08 per share paid in 2024.

Total assets increased to GHS662.80 million from GHS590.73 million. Total equity also grew to GHS331.77 million. Cash and cash equivalents more than doubled to GHS231.61 million. This shows improved cash flow and financial health.

The company reported that its dairy sales increased to GHS1.04 billion. Ice cream sales rose to GHS99.24 million. Fan Milk increased its permanent staff to 330 from 292. This highlights job creation and investment in human capital.
