First National Bank Ghana has officially opened its first Private Banking Lounge at its Airport Branch. This new facility, named the Gold Coast Lounge, aims to deliver a banking experience tailored to the ambitions and lifestyle of its affluent clientele.

The Gold Coast Lounge is the central point for First National Bank's Private Banking offering. This includes a curated suite of bespoke financial solutions and exclusive lifestyle privileges. These services cater to clients who expect exceptional experiences at every interaction point.

This development fits into a broader trend of banks in Ghana enhancing premium services for high-net-worth individuals. Data shows an increasing demand for personalized financial management and exclusive benefits among this demographic. Clients using the Gold Coast Lounge receive a dedicated Personal Private Banker. The Gold Coast Lounge is operational during regular branch hours, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. Every detail in the lounge, from the elegantly furnished reception area to the private meeting rooms, intends to create a sense of calm and exclusivity. These private rooms are purpose-built for confidential financial conversations.

The privileges of First National Bank’s Private Banking extend beyond the physical lounge. Private clients will soon receive exclusive signature cards. These cards unlock a world of benefits beyond traditional banking services. Through a partnership with Visa, private clients will gain complimentary access to over 100 airport lounges globally. Clients can access this privilege by downloading the Visa Travel Companion app and loading their First National Bank Visa debit card. This ensures access wherever their travels take them.
